Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open Bowline → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. It cannot be undone.

Where is my data stored?

In a private Supabase Postgres database in the United States, protected by row-level security so only your authenticated session can access your rows. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Not yet through the app. Email us at the address above and we'll send you a JSON export.

Why is the AI summary wrong?

AI output can be inaccurate. Long-press any AI-generated summary or nudge and pick Report this output; we read every report and use them to improve the prompts.
